HEIGHTS PRESCHOOL
PARENT TEACHER COMMITTEE
The Heights Preschool Parent Teacher Committee is a team of parents with a mission to drive the parent community involvement in our children's classrooms and to support our children's teachers.
Building Community
Parent involvement motivates children and helps to develop a love of learning. No matter their income or background, students with involved parents are more likely attend school regularly, have better social skills, show improved behavior and adapt well to school.
Teacher Appreciation
Recognition of our teachers' hard work and dedication is critically important as it fosters continued education and validation. Teachers shape our future by molding our children's minds and hearts
Special Projects & Goals
Extra-curricular activities provide a channel for reinforcing the lessons learned in the classroom, offering students the opportunity to apply academic skills in a real-world context, and are thus considered part of a well-rounded education.
